THE EFFECT OF CULTURE ORGANIZATIONAL AND TRUST TOWARD PRINCIPAL’S PERFORMANCE AT CATHOLIC SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN ARCHIDIOCESE JAKARTA

ABSTRACT
The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of culture organizational and trust toward principal’s performance. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 66 from 77 principle’s selected random sampling. The research was focused on three aspects; culture organizational and trust toward principal’s performance The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis is concluded that (1) there is the positive direct effect of culture organizational towards performance, (2) there is positive direct effect of trust towards performance and (3) ) there is positive direct effect of culture organizational towards trust Keywords: performance, organizational culture, and trust
