Upaya meningkatkan kecakapan berpikir anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui penggunaan media daur ulang papan tebak : penelitian tindakan kelas di PAUD teratai, Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research to determine enhancement of thinking
skills of children aged 5-6 years through the use of recycled media
guesses board in PAUD Teratai, Pulogadung, East Jakarta. Thinking
skills is a part of life skills. Recycled media is media that made from
recycled materials.
Type of this research is classroom action research that combines the
stages and the cycle of Kemmis & Mc Taggart and John Creswell. The
stages used are planning, execution, observation, and reflection. the
cycle used is one cycle. Subject of this research are children aged 5-6
years who has 10 children. Action is given through the use of recycled
media guesses board. Data collection technique used observation and
documentation notes. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of
quantitative and qualitative data. In this research the indicators of
success if the average thinking skills a child has reached 71%.
The results in this research indicate the presence of 27% increase. This
is evidenced from the pre-research 43,59% increased at the first cycle to
71,09%. Thinking skills of children increased after the researchers gave
the actions performed through the recycled media guesses board. The
stages of actions are having a conversation, explaining how the game, play the guessing game, the child answered guessing games, and
closed with a child pointing and name and tells the story of the picture.
