Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam pengembangan dan pelaksanaan sistem pendidikan Al-Azhar Kairo Mesir : suatu studi kasus di MTsN Al-Azhar Asy Syarif Indonesia di Srengseng Sawah Jakarta Selatan
ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to gain the human resource management conducted (in the field of recruitment, capacity development and performance appraisal for teacher) toward the development and implementation of the Al Azhar Cairo’s educational system at MTsN Al Azhar Asy Syarif Indonesia.
This research designed to use qualitative approach, as well as case study method used as it’s methodology. Explanatory case study was used in this research with participant observation’ approach, a kind of case study where the data collected through participant onbservation, added with formal and informal interview as well as documents review.
The conclusion of the development and implementation of Al Azhar Cairo’s educational system at MTsN Al Azhar Asy Syarif Indonesia are: (1) specific qualification required as part of the teacher requirement process; (2) capacity building and competency development for teachers provide through continuous planned program refer to teacher’s qualification and competency development; and (3) reward and punishment applied as follow up of regular performance appraisal condcuted for teachers.
