ABSTRACT
This development research aims to produce a product in the form of Learning Objects for network-based learning in educational technology foundation courses in http://fip.web-bali.net. This development is aimed at students of the semester 2 in the Department of curriculum and educational technology that takes courses Educational Technology Foundation. The study development of this using model ILDF (Integrated Learning Design Framework) which consists of three phases: Exploration, Enactment and Evaluation. Learning objectives that have been developed i.e.: 1. Digging the Foundation of philosophy and 2. Rational development of educational technology Posited as a scientific discipline. Through the development process generated 20 products of learning object which is then applied to chamilo platform.. Reviewed by experts (the expert judgement) against learning object developed, implemented by involving a media expert, an expert of the material, an expert in instructional design. After a revision based on the inputs of experts, then the products tested against 29 students from educational technology. Through testing (pre test and post test) against the students after they use learning objects that has been developed, obtained an average increase in the value of their learning results of 63%. Of the trial can be concluded that the results of the development of a learning object, potentially for use in online learning for the foundation of educational technology course. Similarly, the development of learning objects by applying the model ILDF has dug the whole potential embedded in Chamilo, so the platform can be used as media and quality online learning system and are eligible for the student educational technology State University of Jakarta.
