RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF-EFFICACY AND JOB SATISFACTION
WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF JAKARTA STATE
UNIVERSITY ECONOMICS FACULTY LECTURER

ABSTRACT
This research aims to know about (1) the correlation between self-efficacy and organizational commitment, (2) the correlation between job satisfaction andorganizational commitment, (3) the correlation between self-efficacy and job satisfaction with organizational commitment.Survey method with correlational approached was used in this research. Population of this research is lecturers of Faculty of Economics. Sample is taken using simple random sampling. Technique of analysis which is used in this research is multiple linear regression.The results show: First, There is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and organizational commitment; Second, There is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment; Third, There is a positive correlation between self efficacy and job satisfaction with organizational commitment.
