Peningkatan kerjasama melalui outbound pada karyawan Gelanggang Remaja Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur
ABSTRACT
RAYYAN HIDAYAT,Increased Cooperation Through Outbond On Teenage Rink Employees East Jakarta, Jakarta Thesis,Faculty Of Sport Science,State University Of Jakarta,2017. This research aims to improve the cooperation of employees through outbond on teenage rink employee in east jakarta. The methods used in this study is a research method of action. Subject in this study where both teenage rink manager unit, east jakarta amounted to 20 people.research began for one month,which consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of four meetings. Based on the results of the initial tests showed 17 people or 85% of employees in less indicators,3 people 15% of employees in the category, and none of the employees who belong to both. On the first cyle of an increase in the coorperation of employees,yet there are still employees who hadn’t in increasing their coorperation with a number of 11 people or 55% of the employees in the category of less,3 people 15% shortly in the criteria enough,6 people or 30% of employees in the criteria either In the second cycle based on the results of the assessment of researchers and collaborators maximum increase by as much as 17 people or 85% of employees in both the criteria and three people or 15% of employees in the criteria enough, and there are no employees in the criteria are lacking. From this research it can be concluded that the share may Increase teen rink employees coorperation in East Jakarta.
