Pengaruh iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap perilaku keanggotaan organisasional/Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) : studi kausal pada pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang Provinsi Banten

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employe’s citizenship behavior (OCB) . This research used survey method. Sample in this research are 65 employe’s as respondents who are selected used simple random sampling with path analysis. The conclusions of this research are: (1) There is a positive direct effect of organizational climate on employe’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). .(2) There is a positive direct effect of organizational commitment on employe’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) There is a positive direct effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment.
