The objective of this research is to understanding comprehensively the effect of procedural justice and decision making on teacher’s organizational commitment in senior high school at Cibinong, Bogor. The research methodology is a survey method to from the causal path analysis. Research based on senior high school teacher with total sample 150 teacher. The data analysis and interpretation indicator that (1) Procedural justice has positive influence on organizational commitment (2) Decision making has positive influence on organizational commitment (3) Procedural justice has positive influence decision making.
