The purpose of this thesis research is to be able to know (1) the relationship between the explosive power of the arm muscle with the service precision over the volleyball, (2) the relationship between handeye coordination with the precision of service over volleyball, (3) the relationship between arm muscle explosive power and hand-eye coordination with the accuracy of the men's volleyball service on the extracurricular students of SMAN 1 JASINGA together. This research started on November 6, 2016 at SMAN 1 JASINGA volleyball field, using survey method with correlation technique. The sample of this study is 20 people from the number of 30 people population with sampling techniques using proportional sampling that is selecting the population based on criteria and researcher needs. The instruments of this research were (1) The test of explosion of arm muscle using test (Overhead Medicine Ball Throw) with unit value (Meter) (2) Hand-eye coordination test. Hand eye coordination test done by (Ball Wall Pass) and (3) Top service accuracy using precision service test of service area precision of French-chooper with score unit. Data analysis of this research used simple and multiple correlation technique and continued with t test at significant level α = 0.05, based on analysis of research data obtained results as follows: (1) there is a correlation between arm muscle explosive power with service accuracy of correlation value obtained rx1y = 0.83 and the coefficient of determination = 0.6889 which means the power contribution of arm muscle explosion with the top service accuracy is 68.89%,(2) there is relationship between hand-eye coordination with top service accuracy with correlation value rx2y = 0,431 and coefficient determination 0,18576 which mean hand eye coordination donation with top service accuracy is 18,576%, and (3) there is correlation between explosive power of arm muscle and hand eye coordination with service accuracy of correlation value obtained rx1-2y = 0,87 and coefficient of determination = 0,7569 which means power of arm muscle and hand eye coordination with The top service co-performance is 75.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between arm muscle explosive power and hand-eye coordination with the accuracy of service over boy volleyball extracurricular students SMAN 1 JASINGA.
