Pengaruh investasi dan tenaga kerja terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Banten tahun 2008-2012

Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel investasi dan tenaga kerja terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Banten. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data panel yang menggabungkan data time series dan cross section, dengan data sekunder yang dipublikasikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi dan Badan Koordinasi dan Penanaman Modal (BKPM). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 19.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dipengaruhi oleh nilai investasi dan tenaga kerja. Pada uji koefisien regresi secara stimultan, diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 15,028 sedangkan F tabel adalah sebesar 3,35 maka F hitung > F tabel. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif secara stimultan antara nilai investasi dan tenaga kerja terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Banten.
Pada uji koefisien regresi secara parsial, diperoleh nilai t hitung variabel investasi sebesar 5,020 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel 1,703 dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel investasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), begitu pula dengan nilai t hitung variabel tenaga kerja sebesar 1,894 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel, yang berarti variabel tenaga kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Selain itu nilai Adjusted R square yang didapat dalam penelitian adalah sebesar 0,492 artinya seluruh variabel bebas (investasi dan tenaga kerja) dapat menjelaskan variabel terikat (PDRB) sebesar 49,2% dan sisanya sebesar 50,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian.
Persamaan regresi yang didapat dalam penelitian adalah Y = 13,185 + 0,298 LnX1 + 0,277 LnX2. Hasil persamaan regresi ini menunjukkan beberapa temuan penting. Pertama bahwa variabel investasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), hal ini ditandai dengan nilai koefisien investasi (X1) yang bertanda positif. Begitu pula dengan variabel tenaga kerja yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB yang juga ditandai dengan nilai koefisien tenaga kerja (X2) yang bertanda positif. Selain itu, konstanta pada persamaan adalah sebesar 13,185 yang menunjukkan nilai Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) ketika nilai investasi dan tenaga kerja sebesar nol.

The research aims to find out an influence of investment variables and labors toward gross regional domestic product in the district/ city of Banten province. Moreover, the type of data that is used is panel data which combines the time series and the cross section data with the secondary data which are published by Central Bureau of Statistic, The Office Of Labor And Transmigration, and also Indonesia Investment Coordinating Broad. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple regression analysis. Furthermore, the processing data which is used is SPSS 19.
The result of this research shows that the value of the gross regional domestic product is influenced by the value of investments and labors. In the regression coefficient test which is stimultant, it is obtained F value in the amount of 15,028. Nevertheless, F table is only 3,35. It shows that F calculate > F table. In the other hand, it means that there is the positive influence which is stimultant between the investment values and the labors toward gross regional domestic product in the district/ city of Banten province.
In the regression coefficient test partially, it is obtained that the value of t calculate investment variable is 5,020. It is bigger than the value of t table 1,703. So, it can be concluded that the investment variable has the positive influence significantly toward gross regional domestic product. In addition, it is similar with the value of t calculate labor variable, it is in the amount of 1,894 bigger than t table. It means that the labor variable has the positive influence significantly toward gross regional domestic product. Moreover, Adjusted R square value which is obtained from the research is 0,492. It means that all of free variables (including investments and labors) explain the bound variables that are 49,2% and the leftovers are 50,8%. Both of them are also influenced by other variables that are not mentioned in the research. The regression equation which is obtained from the research is Y = 13,185 + 0,298 LnX1 + 0,277 LnX2 The results of regression equation show several important findings. First, the investment variable has the positive influence significantly toward gross regional domestic products, it is shown by the value of investment variable (X1) that is positive. Second, It is similar with labor variable which has the positive influence significantly toward gross regional domestic products. It is also noticed by the value of labor variables (X2) that is positive. Furthermore, the constants in the equality are 13,185 that show the values ofgross regional domestic products while the values of investment and labor are zero.
