Analisis formasi 1-4-3-3 pada saat menyerang tim sepakbola Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada kejuaraan Nasional UPH Championship

The study was conducted from May 15, 2017 until 20 May 2017 at Pelita Harapan University Football Field, Karawaci, Tanggerang. This research includes descriptive research using survey observation method. In this study the population is the student participants who follow national championship Then Sampling in this study using purposive sampling that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations, while the sample in this study is 21 people.
Intrumen in this research is using research form to analyze the formation system 1-4-3-3 when meyernag football team UNJ on kejurnas 2017. In this research is taken by direct observation and supported into video recording match to assist processing and data collection
The football players of Universitas Negeri Jakarta still do not understand about the 1-4-3-3 formation, either individually or in teams. From the data obtained by the University of Jakarta team many players do not know how to support their teammates.
The most common mistake when applying a 1-4-3-3 formation is to move without the ball as per the task of their respective positions to support a teammate who has the ball.
And also often the occurrence of distance that is too far between the back, middle and front lines. So friends who control the ball does not get good support from teammates, so easy to lose control of the ball.
