Perbandingan metode latihan box jump dan metode latihan Hurdle jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dalam tolakan pembalikan renang pada atlet Klub Renang Universitas Negeri Jakarta
The objective of research is to: 1) Box jump excercise methode can increase the uplift of muscular power of the legs in repulsion reversal pool of UNJ's swimming athletes community. 2) Hurdle jump excercise methode can increase the uplift of muscular power of the legs in repulsion reversal pool of UNJ's swimming athletes community. 3) Using box jump excercise methode is more increase than using a hurdle jump method UNJ's swimming athletes community. This research is held on velodrome swimming pool, East Jakarta. The first and last test is held on velodrome swimming pool, East Jakarta too. This research is started on 28th of september until 04th of november 2017, and there was 18 meetings include first and last test
Experiment Methodology (pre test-post test two group design) were used in this research, with 46 populations. a sampling technique is using a purposive sampling by 20 people, then there was 2 club for a training. then the sample divided into two groups. Instrument test that has been used is software Kinovea Motion Analisys .
Analysis data in this research is using scaling technic test – t. According through data analysis, it was found that:1) There is an increasing number of push off to box jump hop through value of t is 19,2. If the numbers compared between tcount is bigger than ttable around 2,26 to trusted degree, = 0,05 and free degree N-1 = 9. 2) There is an increasing number of push off which used hurdle jump through tcount, 8,87. If the numbers compared, it was found that ttable is bigger than ttable counts 2,26 to trusted degree = 0,05 and free degree N-1 = 9. 3) The differences between double leg speed hop and single leg speed hop to power shooting of Futsal Extracurricular Senior High School 102 East Jakarta to tcount 2,29. If its compared with ttable, it was found that ttable is bigger than tcount: 2,10 to trusted degree = 0,05 and free degree N1+N2-2 = 18.
