Perbandingan efek kerja joging selama 30 menits terhadap penurunan cairan tubuh studi eksperimen pada kelompok Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT) Overeight dan normal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penurunan cairan tubuh pada siswa kategori Overweight dan kategori siswa Normal SMA 23 Kabupaten Tangerang dengan aktivitas joging selama 30 menit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 2 hari, pada tanggal 16 juli dan tanggal 17 juli. Metode yang digunakan eksperimen two-groups “pre-test and post-test design´. Teknik Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Jumlah populasi laki-laki kelas 2 sebanyak 65. Sampel diambil sebanyak 20 orang karena sampel sudah memasuki kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 10 siswa kategori Overweight ratarata penurunan cairan tubuh sebesar 730 ml, dengan standar deviasi 115,95 dan standar error 38,65. Dari 10 siswa kategori Normal rata-rata penurunan cairan tubuh sebesar 620 ml, dengan standar deviasi 95,21 dan standar error 31,74. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut terlihat penurunan cairan tubuh pada kategori siswa Overweight dan kategori siswa Normal SMA 23 Kabupaten Tangerang. Dalam perhitungan selanjutnya diperoleh nilai t- hitung sebesar 2,19 dengan t-tabel 2,09 pada taraf signifikan 5%. Dengan demikian nilai t- hitung > t- tabel yang menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis nihil (H0) ditolak dan hipotesa alternatif (H1) diterima. Maka didapat kesimpulan siswa kategori Overweight lebih banyak mengalami penurunan cairan tubuh dari pada siswa kategori Normal.

This study aims to find out the decrease of body fluids of the students who have Overweight and Normal body criteria at SMAN 23 Kabupaten Tangerang after doing jogging activity for 30 minutes. This research was conducted for 2 days at SMAN 23 Tangerang. On Monday, July 16th and july 17th. The method used in this research is twogroups experiment "pre-test and post-test design. The Sampling technique use in this study is Purposive Sampling. The number of 2nd grades male population is 65 students where the sample were taken as many as 20 people because it has entered the criteria which have been determined by researchers. Based on the result of this research, about 10 Overweight students have the average decrease of body fluid as much ad 730 ml with standard deviation 115,95 and standard error 38,65. While the results of the research on 10 students of Normal category has the average decrease of body fluids as much as 620 ml, with the 95.21 of standard deviation and 31.74 standard error. The results of this study indicate the decrease in body fluid of Overweight and Normal student category SMAN 23 Tangerang. The next calculation obtained t-count value as much as 2.19 and the t-table value as much as 2.09 at a significant level of 5%. Thus indicate that t-value > t-table which means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternate hypothesis (H1) is accepted. it can be concluded that the Overweight students experience more fluid decrease than the Normal students.
