ABSTRACT
The research objective is to study the effect of group cohesiveness, job satisfaction, and
absenteeism on productivity teacher’s at the public Senior High School teachers in Bekasi
District. This research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing the
hypothesis. The 198 teachers as sample were selected by using Slovin formula. Respondents
were selected by simple random sampling technique. The research concludes that: (1) There is
a direct positive effect of group cohesiveness on productivity, (2) There is a direct positive
effect of job satisfaction on productivity, (3) There is a direct positive effect of group
cohesiveness on job satisfaction, (4) There is a direct negative effect of absenteeism on
productivity, (5) There is a direct negative effect of group cohesiveness on absenteeism, (6)
There is a direct negative effect of job satisfaction on absenteeism.
