World of (novel) Trilogi Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk (TRDP), as a literary work, similar with the world of pewayangan (jagat pakeliran). Intertextually, composition/structure (scenes) in wayang performance (patet nem, patet sanga, and patet manyura) is transformed clearly; each scene represents steps of human life cycle. The first Trilogy (Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk) represents initial situation of people (childhood); the second (Lintang Kemukus Dini Hari) represents phase of people in searching supplies to face life; and the third (Jantera Bianglala) represents situation when people reach perfection of life.Keywords: trilogy, intertexstual, composition, wayang world.
