Pengembangan Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Komunikatif dan Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi

The objective of this research is to obtain information of the execution process of Arabic language instructional and some factors influencing it at Madrasah Aliyah Keagamaan (MAK) Bandar Lampung.
The research methodology is naturalistic inquiry. Research location is in Madarasah Aliyah Negeri I (MAN Model) Bandar Lampung at MAK majors. The data collected by interview, participant observation, and documentation study.
The research on the Arabic language instructional that based on communicative approach showed that: (a) the Arabic language viewed as social communication means, science language and Islam language, (b) Target of instructional is to develop students' communicative competence and they can develop knowledge as well as to be able to comprehend the source of Islam teaching as guidance of life, (c) the communicative syllabus emphasize on task-based and students-centered learning activities, (d) the instructional activities consist of tutorial and classical, which each is containing early, core and final activity, (d) In addition, some factors having a good effect on to instructional of Arabic language for example independence learning, obligation of having Arab language, good example of teacher, and learning motivation. Some factors having a bad effect are student behavior which digressing, downhill of attention of the superior to this program, prosperity of teacher do not fulfilled, amount of limited teachers, control function do not walk effectively, instructional media do not innovate, and facility and also worn out hostel medium.
