Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Apresiasi Sastra Berbasis Quantum Learning di Sekolah Dasar

This research was aimed at presenting an instructional model to improve literary work appreciation at the primary school, which has been an instruction of literary science noted by the presentation of literary knowledge in a big portion to the primary school students. This has made the literary appreciation a difficult and uninteresting subject. This research was methodologically close to the developmental research in the form of operational research. It was oriented to the product development in the form of instructional model. Procedurally, the research was conducted through several phases as follows: (1) the phase of preliminary research; (2) the phase of development; (3) the phase of model testing; and (4) the phase of dissemination of the research product by publishing for the teachers a guidance book of the quantum learning-based literary appreciation at the primary school.
The phase of development results in an effort of creating a quantum learning- based literary appreciation instruction at the primary school by applying various instructions and instructional media, and by making the teachers understand that the quantum learning-based literary appreciation instruction is an instructional model which generates the students' excitement in the literary appreciation learning.
